A stone tiled oak canopy welcomes visitors to the front door and entrance is into a large open plan lounge/dining room with an oak floor and two open fireplaces, one of which has a log burning stove to welcome visitors returning after an inclement day in the country or town.
The fully fitted kitchen, accessed through a door off the lounge/dining has fine views over the valley and includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer while the cooker has an electric oven and gas hob. A small table offers the convenience of, either, a relaxed breakfast, coffee/tea break or a light lunch/snack.
The quiet full central heating and hot water gas boiler is also housed in the kitchen.
First Floor
A stair door reveals a carpeted stairway to a landing from which access is gained to the main bathroom, a twin bedded room and a large double bedded room with en-suite bathroom.
The large bedroom has a king sized double bed and an en-suite bathroom. It has a standard size bath with shower attachment, radiator towel warmer,under tile heating,close coupled toilet, basin with mirror cabinet (shaver point & light included). The
Velux window affords a fine view of the church tower.
The twin bedded room is adjacent to the bathroom and has a built in wardrobe.
Both bedrooms are south facing and provide beautiful views over open rolling countryside.
The main bathroom has a large quadrant shower, a towel radiator, a basin with mirror cabinet over (shaver point and light included) and close coupled toilet. Extra comfort is provided with under tile heating.
Outside
The back door from the kitchen opens to a south and west facing patio so it is ideal for those lazy sun- downer drinks and/or to a enjoy a barbeque.
